If you’ve signed up for my mailing list, you’ve already received early access to this. If not, well, you’re in luck because I just launched my Holly Leaves pattern today!
These little leaves take up minimal yardage of yarn, can be knit up pretty quickly, and look absolutely adorable when paired with some metallic red beads as berries. And I might be slightly obsessed with these little leaves adorning brown paper packages (maybe tied up with string? *swoon*) to gift my holiday handmade presents this year.
If you don’t have a fingering weight/sock weight yarn, you can easily modify to make larger leaves by using a larger weight of yarn and a matching larger needle. If you want to go really bold, you can use some jumbo yarn (or multiple strands held together) and needles to make giant holly leaves out of some acrylic yarn for decorating your front porch. Hmmm now that I think about that, I might need to run to the store today and grab some more green yarn!
Happy knitting, friends!
