Hedda Sweater Class

Description

Cozy up under the thickest and warmest knit sweater you’ll ever wear this winter! Hedda features 100% wool Lanas Quick, which is thick and squishy and warm as well as gorgeous in color, with a romantic scalloped neckline, some simple colorwork, and matching colorwork at the sleeve cuffs.

Dates: Saturdays, January 4th, 18, and February 1st, 10:30am or
Sundays, January 5th, 19th, and February 2nd, 12:30pm

Skill Level: Intermediate

Materials required:

• Size US 10/6mm and 11/8mm needles – 16″ and 32″ circular, and double-pointed needles if you prefer to not use magic loop. As always, check your gauge before class begins to ensure your sweater will fit as it should. If you have questions on gauge, please stop into the shop to discuss/troubleshoot prior to class start date.
• Lanas Quick in 4 colors (see sizing and yarn requirements listed below)
• Stitch markers – one for the beginning of round marking, and (optional) more if you’d like to place markers along the yoke colorwork to keep track of where you are in the pattern repeats
• Waste yarn or Purl Strings

YARN REQUIREMENTS/ORDERS INFORMATION:

To ensure you get the colors you want and have all the same dyelot, we will be placing a special Berroco order on December 1st.

When registering for class, please either indicate in the checkout notes the colors and quantity you want/need of each, or stop by and see me in-store to be added to the custom order list.  Yarn prices as of 10/9/2024 are currently $12.50/skein, and you’ll get 20% off your yarn costs per our class materials policy.
